Cook yourself thin! Yet NO Nutrition statement, YOU R KIDDING?

How can a cookbook, perhaps designed just to consume THIN ~Size meals, not for a person trying thin down her size, OMIT ANY NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION? So I guess recipes have NO Cal., NO fat gr. Unknown carbs, sugars, & if any protein benefit?
GET YOURSELF SAME TYPE BOOK WITH THE INFO INCLUDED AS ANY RECIPE IS NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT NUTRITIONAL INFO!
