There are plenty of substitutions you can use if you don’t have all the ingredients. Don’t feel nervous about experimenting with some of the ingredients and tweaking the recipe, that’s the best part of cooking.
I’ve always asked myself what makes a great dish. In short, great ingredients. It’s all about using your local quality produce, I like to use organic, sometimes this may not be possible, but knowing where your ingredients come from will go a long way.
