    Great Resource and Menu Planner

    I purchased this book on the recommendation of a friend and it turns out to be a great cook book. The theme is vegetarian but the recipes are outstanding and will stand up well as a side dish for mixed menu families.
    You've got to try the crab cakes, with so much concern about seafood farming and seafloor scraping, this recipe provides a very tasty alternative that even individuals alergic to shell fish can enjoy with gusto.
