Cooking Matters

This book is a gathering of pieces cooked-up for my family, outback clients in the Moab and Four Corners area, and for friends and other strays who find The Way. 



Recipes are frames to build upon. You are entering a collection of recipes always subject to tweaking.  This is but their latest incantation.  Culinary journeying ahead.  



Lots of comfort stuff. Many of the poems too. 

Hope you find new tasty favorites.  Would love to hear that contentment has spread.



There are no onions in my recipes. None. Hate 'em.
