Not for beginners

I do like this cookbook. However, it’s not really gut someone who’s just beginning to learn to cook. The recipes have complicated and hard to find ingredients. The ingredients list can be long for some recipes. You need to be somewhat good with math if you want to convert from imperial to metric and back to imperial. Cut down the serving sizes. I’m not a professional cook but I am , as they say, a foodie. I am also a health and wellness life coach. So it’s my business to know foods, recipes, cookbooks for recommendations, and be able to teach my clients how to prepare healthy meals for a healthier lifestyle change. I’ve made all the recipes in this cookbook and have not been disappointed. The flavors are there. So with all that being said, I give this cookbook a 3 star rating because it’s more for the intermediate cook.
