Cordray v. State

1 The defendant John Cordray was charged by an information filed in the District Court of Pontotoc County with the crime of assault with intent to kill, a second and subsequent offense; was tried, convicted, and, pursuant to the verdict of the jury, was sentenced to serve 18 years in the penitentiary and has appealed.
