Publisher Description
Fast. Motivated. Hard-hitting.
That's what every business wants to be. And that's why the U.S. Marines excel in every mission American throws at them, no matter how tough the odds. In Corps Business, journalist David H. Freeman identifies the Marine's simple but devastatingly effective principles for managing people and resources -- and ultimately winning. Freedman discusses such techniques as "the rule of three," "managing by end state," and the "70% solution," to show how they can be applied to business solutions.

Lead people - manage situations
As a product of the OCS process it was great to see the essence of what leading Marines is all about and how that makes Marines successful in business and life when applied as a life practice.
The author has captured it and makes it available to everyone who reads the book. I have given this book to many of my managers to ensure they understand how I think and what I expect of them.
Recommend this for all business leaders and young men and women preparing for life.
Corps Business
A well-written book that weaves anecdotes with the Corps' values and techniques that have made them the must successful and feared military organization on earth. It is practical and straightforward. The Marine Corps has clear organizational principles and inculcates them into every officer and noncommissioned officer in the Corps. Freedman lays them out and understands them.
I have given numerous copies of this book to my managers.
