Corvette

The book reports many events in the manufacture of the 1963 - 1967 Corvette that I took from my personal files. I discuss my personal experience working in the Chevrolet St. Louis Assembly Plant and as liaison between Chevrolet St. Louis and DowSmith in Ionia, Michigan, where the Corvette bodies were outsourced. Outsourcing of a complete auto body in production quantities occurs rarely. The 1963 - 1967 Model Corvette is the only Corvette body ever produced by a manufacturer other than Chevrolet Division of General Motors. My book focuses on that event. I was a Quality Engineer of that time period.
