As I always like to remind everybody, this schedule assumes that you have no major health problems, are in reasonably good shape, and have done at least some jogging or walking.
Misleading and poorly written.
There is no weekly schedule included with this text. The grammar is atrocious, and it is clear from the number of typos that a cursory edit was never performed. Complete waste of $1.99.
