But even though my sister works closely with her, Cheyenne's never seemed interested in me. She's always cared more about her work than men. Something closed off her heart, and I need to pry it open.
It doesn't help that I've fallen for her. It all started when her barn burned down, and it was no accident. Maybe it was stupid to let her keep her horses at my ranch. Someone targeted her, and they might target me.
I don't care. Like I said, I'm already in too deep. A little danger doesn't scare me, especially if the prize is a woman like Cheyenne.

I had hoped to enjoy this book
It had a decent story but none of it was really believable
Obviously the author never lived in the country and read like a teenager had written it.
I guarantee a grown man would not say something gave him the shivers

Wow, I just read my 2nd most favorite book for this year.
The Characters, the story line was so good. This one I read till I finished. A horse sanctuary, problems arising. A restaurant bar, problem there also.A small town with caring residences. Lots of. Emotions: fires in stable, deceit, threats, deadly snakes, black widows . All a mystery. But the ending was so good, Happiness overall. Thank you so much. Absolutely loved this story.
