MC is a baddie
I loved how funny the characters were, and their interactions were great. Everyone seemed like real people, not just perfect stereotypes. I do think the relationship development between Joey and Charlotte was a little lacking, even though they had a fun couple first dates the kidnapping thing was a little crazy and I don’t think she would have gone back to him after that. Lowkey getting the vibe she has more chemistry with Izzy and the way Char talks to and about women makes it seem like she prefers them? Overal the story itself was great, I just wouldn’t place it in the romance category.

was actually so fun to read!! the reason i give the book a four though is because some of the book did seem a little ...dramatic? or overly rushed? otherwise totally loved how it was written.
