second chances
one bet, one double dare, one crazy Vegas night. With a second chance at the one who got away, Kyle and Gloria get more than the bargained for. The story line is fun, with bets, dares and practical jokes. Gloria is a very strong woman who now owns her own business. she's very likable. Kyle is a country rock star, he's laid back, practical jokes who has been carrying a torch for Gloria for a long time, coming through in his music. I'd love to see some lyrics for Glory Hallelujah, to make a closer connection from their teenage years.
one scene uses a bit of creative license that unfortunately rang very false for me, slowed down the reading and made me ponder the plot. without that I'd give this 5 stars. it's just a short part and most will probably never catch it.
overall a fun addition to the series. copy received in exchange of an honest review.
