Not Creepy; just California
Multiple short oddities that are not creepy. Some bizarre stuff but not scary a bit.
Pass
Every incident is from 100 years ago, and every “true character” is identified only by their first name and last initial. Example: “Dallas E. shot William K. during a holdup in Los Angeles in July 1933.”
After the 30th such anecdote, one wonders why the author would protect the names of criminals from a century ago, or if they existed at all.
