Crime Capers II: The Trials and Tribulations of Mr. Big

This second trilogy of three further short stories continues the Trials and Tribulations of Mr. Big, a well known northern would-be hoodlum in and around the Leeds area and his associates as he tries to fix a greyhound race, hide a criminal on the run and fix a charity raffle in his favour. In all of these crimes he is warned by his trusted bodyguard Barney that he should be wary of engaging the services of Billy and Fred, two local lads who have an aptitude for fouling up.
