Great resource
The ESV Bible Atlas is the perfect resource to have alongside your bible. One of the great benefits is how it provides such a vivid historical and visual picture of various biblical timelines, eras, artifacts, etc. It’s extremely readable and in such a way that I think that both someone in full-time ministry or someone that just wants to study their bible will get a tremendous amount from it. Technically, it works great on both Mac and iPad and is very easy to navigate and to view the images and descriptions. Definitely recommended.
This is So Handy & Helpful
I have the ESV Bible Atlas sitting on my desk—it’s a handy resource for Bible study and especially preaching, but it’s hard to carry around with me (I do a lot of sermon prep at a variety of places). Having the digital copy means it’s with me all the time, so I can be doing research on the go.
I love its interactivity—zooming to enlarge pictures is a huge thing—and the ability to search through the book easier than using the index. A great buy if you’re looking for a great too.
Great Bible Atlas for iPad
I teach Bible at a Christian school. I've been using my iPad to teach from with the help of Apple TV. This ESV Atlas is perfect to use as a visual aid with my lessons.
The atlas and pictures are visually stunning. And it's very easy to use. Crossway is at the top of their game producing great books and helpful products for Christians at any and all growth stages.
I highly recommend.
