Enthralling!!
This fantasy fairytale romance is a page-turner with exceptional characters that are well developed. Their journey is enthralling with dark magic, good magic, romance, adventures, drama, curses, and more. I recommend reading this book by an extraordinary author that knows how to captivate her reader’s hearts and attention with a crowned empress and a happy ending despite curses, dark magic, and drama.

Fighting for the future
This is the third and final book in the series. The king and queen are busy trying to out do the other. Their son, Phillip is helping Keira break the curse. They encounter bumps and betrayals but they overcome everything. It is an exciting read.
Happily ever after
As with all good fairytales we get a happily ever after ending, but not without a few more stressful situations along the way. Kiera broke one curse only to walk into another, war is still raging across the two kingdoms and there are new allies and betrayals to contend with. Even though all that there is a lightness, an ease in the tale I think stemming from the bond that Kiera and Philip have. After all is there a more powerful force than love?
A great take on the classic fairytale. Enough similarities to give a sense of nostalgia for the stories of childhood but with an originality and a more modern point of view. Enjoyable series!.
