MUST READ!!!
This book gets ALL THE STARS!!! It’s been one of my most anticipated books for quite some time now. And it absolutely did not disappoint. In fact, it’s now my favorite K.A. Linde book! I hated Katherine in the beginning. Like, loathed her. Same with Camden. But they both intrigued me to no end, so I was dying for their story. Gah! I don’t even know what to say. The journey that I was taken on from complete loathing to utterly in love with these characters was simply amazing. If you’re a fan of this series, then you’re in for real treat. And if you haven’t read this series yet, what are you waiting for. This definitely goes down as a top read this year. Really, it’s a top read ever for me. It’s a must read!
Villain & Her Dark Prince 🖤
Truth be told, I wasn’t looking forward to this villain story. I couldn’t imagine how to love these two. As always K.A. Linde turns my world upside down. You can read this as a stand alone but I highly recommend reading the others to help tell the rest of the story.
What I loved most is that you truly got to know Camden. He became real to me with almost relatable issues minus the billionaire status and arranged marriage details. He was a man who wanted something but didn’t know how to achieve it. He was so used to getting what he wanted that he didn’t truly know how to just be him. He had to wear the mask of a business man and do just that, create business deals. The business deal was Katherine. She didn’t know what she was in for. Neither did he.
There were times where I wanted to yell at the characters and then others where I wanted to cry for them out of happiness. It wouldn’t be Kyla’s style to not put me on an emotional roller coaster through one of her books.
So many details in this story that make their whole world come alive. I felt we saw more of the progression of their relationship than the other Seasons. We got to know about their families, friends and best of all we watched them grow into the most amazing couple out of this series yet.
