Amazing story!
Beautifully written! I've read books where the hero/heroine has suffered abuse in their past but I've never had a book leave such an impact on me as this one has. The author did such a beautiful job of bringing the characters to life that I felt like this was a friend of mine who was struggling on the road to recovery, trying to learn to live with such a traumatic past and to forgive the people in her life who let her down. And Isaac... Freya Barker could not have done a better job of writing in such a great leading man. Any woman could not ask for a better partner to lead you out of the dark and into the light. Really, just a beautiful story.
