Crushed
This was an intense story. Con is former military, and Mia is the daughter of a drug lord. There was a lot of drama and danger in this story as Con and Mia developed feelings for each other, but yet they both wanted to keep the other safe from the rival drug gang. Sometimes you really do have to create your own family.

I skimmed a lot of this book, the proofreading and grammar were difficult to get past. The "beach" lingo was annoying. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this nor will I continue reading this series. Some of the characters were okay most were without depth, the themes of drug dealers daughter and raised on the street boys was overstated.
