Karma might be real, but sometimes it misses the mark. Little Billy is just a boy being a boy... albeit a particularly cruel boy. He takes great pleasure in crushing bugs. Most of his acquaintances, like characters in all sorts of situations in everyday life, choose to ignore his mean streak, but one, Tommy, sees the good in all helpless creatures.
