Cruz Control

Cruz, Terk, and their allies race to stop a chemical-weapon attack on London, while also trying to save Jasmine Cowell, Cruz’s former wife—who arrives poisoned, tortured, and barely alive. Jasmine reveals that she has been secretly developing antidotes to the toxins created through her father’s work and that a major attack is imminent.


Using Terk’s evolving Beacon—an energy-based system that can scan, guide, and communicate—Cruz reconnects with Jasmine in a shared mental space. There, he discovers how deeply her mind has been damaged by abuse, guilt, and manipulation.


While Cruz works to recover Jasmine’s lost memories and to retrieve the antidote formula, Jonas and the others track the bomb, identify possible targets, and prepare for the coming strike.


Cruz clings to the fragile hope of Jasmine returning to him, so they both can find each other again, but an uneasy promise hangs in the air. Love may still survive, but the next shadow approaching could change everything.
