A simple thriller

The story, a girl kidnapped by members of a secret civilization. She's not sure what these men want with her, but it may have to do with human sacrifice. It has a steady pace and the story does not drag, the writer builds suspense really well and it keeps you guessing and interested enough to keep reading. The only problem I had with the story was the ending. It is very abrupt and leaves you wanting to know the fate of the girl. Although I am a fan of these types of endings, I felt that with this story the ending did not fit well within it. Either than that it was entertaining enough to read all the way through while I had my morning cup of coffee.
