Mika was trying to save a gargoyle, not doom the world...
"If you enjoyed Magic of the Gargoyles then Curse of the Gargoyles will blow you away!" (Feeling Fictional ★★★★★)
Mika Stillwater isn’t known for her skills with combat magic. As a gargoyle healer, she spends her days mending broken appendages and curing illnesses in the living-quartz bodies of Terra Haven’s gargoyles. But when a squad of the city’s elite Federal Pentagon Defense warriors requests her assistance in freeing a gargoyle ensnared in a vicious invention, Mika jumps into the fray.
No one could have predicted that her involvement would ignite a chain reaction set to destroy the city, the world, and magic itself.
Brimming with epic magic and loveable gargoyles, Curse of the Gargoyles is the second story in Rebecca Chastain's mesmerizing Gargoyle Guardian Chronicles. Fantasy fans young and old will delight in this highly original world and exciting, action-packed adventure.

Very detailed and enjoyable
I was surprised by how detailed this book was. The whole book was basically broke down in 3 scenes. The opening scene which was just that an opening into the story. The second was practically the entire book. To be able to take 90% of the book and pull it out over the course of 1 scene was remarkable to me. It ways also extremely detailed and had your attention the entire time. Most books would drag on with unneeded details just to stretch the chapters and story. Then your last scene was a quick closer. However it all tied in very well. A lot of other books I’ve read would have spread this all out over multiple scenes to add length without adding to the main part. All in all I really enjoyed reading this one. Definitely more story than the first in the series. Now on to the last.
Curse of the Gargoyles
Very interesting story where the elements and their energy play as much of a hart as the humans and gargoyles!
I loved it!
Curse of the Gargoyles
Loved the characters as they interacted with each other to stop a crisis in the park involving gargoyles misused for magical gain and stopping the destruction of the park and Terra Haven.
