Hannah comes home to a completely different life, and she has to get used to it. The fact she can't have her soul mate hurts on a level that sometimes takes away her will to want to wake up the next day. Because she’s been gone so long, she guesses there's a good chance that she’s lost him, she just didn't realize how much it would hurt to move on without him.
