APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child’s Aloysius Pendergast novels are a unique blend of crime thriller and stylish adventure—and Dance of Death is one of their wildest. In this story, the eccentric FBI agent and his trusty sidekick, NYPD detective Vincent D’Agosta, trail the criminal genius behind a string of gruesome and bizarre murders that have potentially disastrous consequences. Oh, and other thing: Pendergast is convinced the culprit is his criminally insane brother, Diogenes. Here’s a tip: Read this one in between Brimstone and The Book of the Dead to get the whole story.

Edge of your seat action
I unintentionally read Book of the Dead first, so a few points and events in that book were a bit mysterious to me, but it by no means overshadowed my enjoyment of reading them, reading them out of order. I finished this book in just a few days, it's very fast paced, and from the start, I was engrossed in the story of Diogenes Pendergast's ultimate crime, and his brother Aloysius' attempts at thwarting him.
