Dance with the Darkness

Darwin 1972, following the lives of the three friends of 'Hymn For A Homeland'. Albert finds himself working at a mine on the wild edge of Kakadu National Park. A mysterious and beautiful woman comes into his life and together they search for a rumored drug crop.
A reporter for an Adelaide newspaper, Tom arrives in the sweltering heat of the tropical 'Top End' only to be immediately embroiled in the awesome destruction of cyclone Tracy. Together with his long-time friend Borg, Tom investigates the disappearance of Albert, while Borg secretly endeavors to bring his own affairs to order.
The rebuild of the ruined capital of the Northern Territory slowly begins, ultimately ensuring the financial and political success of some, while others search for understanding of events that have national consequences, ultimately coming to a chilling conclusion.
