Dandelion Salad

In this book we look at WWI through a food technology lesson. The pupils will learn something about how scarce food was during the war and what people did as an alternative to their usual diet.


The book can be used as a complete lesson plan and is designed for P Level student but could easily be modified for pupils working on higher levels.
