Dane - The Complete Series 1-3

My first series of Avery’s books started with teachers pet I finished all 4 series in one night. I couldn’t help but think Dane was the villain who would always come in between Lynn and Simon. It was great to see Dane become the true person he was and let himself fall in love. He became a great man. I finished both series in less then 24 hours these books were just to hard to put down I look forward to reading all your books but my biggest wish is to see Dane and Simon forgive each other and finally be true brothers and run their empire together as a family :) and of course see how their futures turn out with Lynn and Hanna! Two women who showed them who they truly wanted to be.

If you were looking for the same Dane in this series as was in the “Teacher’s Pet” series, you won’t find him. I was disappointed from the very first pages. Dane and Lynn had such chemistry in their dialogue! It was rather boring to experience the dialogue between Hannah and Dane in this series. The two as a couple just never seemed to be believable. Dane’s quick and clever humor, ambiguous flirtatiousness and strong presence found in the first series were pretty much gone in this one. Having the story unfold about how his life began was interesting though. If you have read the “Teacher’s Pet” series, I can’t say this series will enhance your experience.
