Daniel Earl Larson v. State Alaska

After an affray which took place at a service station in Anchorage, the appellant, Daniel Larson, and his brother Ronnie, were each convicted of the crime of assault with a dangerous weapon. We affirmed Ronnie Larsons conviction in Larson v. State, 566 P.2d 1019 (Alaska 1977). We are now considering Daniel Larsons appeal.
