4.5 stars - well worth a read
I’m always taken with books that don’t follow a traditional storyline, and this one is highly original. Both lead characters, especially the heroine, face challenges that are a fresh change from “standard regency angst.”
The ending is particularly satisfying. Plus, there’s some extremely steamy smooching.
