It ha s helped me start my day
Before I go into work I read a page before I go in and it’s a great self affirmation for me and it sets the tone for my day. Especially on my bad days, it comforts me and reminds me I’m enough and I belong here. Each page no matter what day helps me in some way. Once I finish I start the book over again.
