Silver writes so beautifully and obviously with much devotion to research, that I sincerely enjoyed falling deep into the atmospheric world she wove in this story. One part history, one part gothic romance with a masterful use of suspense, and all glorious satisfaction. This is the second story of hers I’ve read in as many days, so I believe I’ve found another favorite author. :) I greatly look forward to devouring her entire catalogue! Thank you, Eve Silver, for the truly enjoyable escape during a time that I sorely needed it.

You never know where this story is going which is amazing it’ll have you on the edge of your seat with every page🖤 absolutely loved this book.
