David Copperfield

David Copperfield by Charles Dickens is a novel about the difficult and impoverished life of David Copperfield. Copperfield was born after the death of his father and lived with his loving and frail mother in Victorian London. Despite dealing with a rough stepfather and other challenges, Copperfield remained optimist and managed to thrive.

David Copperfield is one of the classic Dickens novels along with Oliver Twist, A Tale of Two Cities, Hard Times, Bleak House, and A Christmas Carol.
