David Livingstone

The forests so dense that the sun could not shine through and the minds of men clouded over with the fear of the witch-doctor and the slave trader.


David Livingstone was the son of poor parents. Born in the Scottish cotton town of Blantyre he went to work as a boy at one of the mills. His home, though poor, was a happy one where the light of Jesus shone.


This is the story of how David took that light into unknown “Darkest Africa.”
