Daybreaks

In Lent we have signs such as desert, mountain, fire, road, water, wood (cross) and for Easter there is darkness/light, hands, fish, sheep, heaven/earth, temple, eyes, community. As Dr. Joseph Martos names it, these are "doors to the sacred." In this Daybreaks for Lent and Easter, Kay Murdy conveys to the reader a way of opening each human sense to everyday experiences in their Lenten journey.
