Dead Days; Season One
Good book. Pretty grim, relentless, disturbing. Just what I like. The protagonists evolution is gradual and convincing. Quite believable that some of the worst threats come from betrayals by the still living. I liked the British flavor of the story, the reactions and sensibilities expressed by the characters. The writer takes us to some fairly icky places and that's fine.
The writing was good and pulled you in without interruption. Fun book.
Simply amazing! I'm a fan! I love the character Riley. I see a little of me in Riley, I don't know what I would do if it weren't for my family and honestly if I loose everyone I don't know how I would act! Probably like a mad fool! Ted is lazy and he reminds me of a friend I use know some years back. I can't wait to read season 2! To sum up this book it's like the more down to earth (realistic) version of TWD!
Other than the constant and excessive use of the "f" word, I liked it. I wish you would tone down your use of cuss words, which you used even more in season 2.
