When their vicious crimes came to light, they became known as the Ken and Barbie Killers.

Customer Reviews
Interesting but too sympathetic to Karla Homolka
I’ve read many books pertaining to this case, but this one had more comments from friends and family, which provided more of a personal insight into the lives of Canada’s most infamous killer couple. However, there were a lot a grammatical errors and I felt that the author felt that Karla was more of a victim than a participant. Other books I’ve read dived into her childhood more, while this one I felt solely focused on Paul. While I don’t disagree that Karla was a battered wife, other books portrayed her as more of a willing participant than anything and that’s the opinion I hold.
