Dear Younger Me

In the book, Dear younger me, Elizabeth describes the years of child abuse by that of friends, family and people in authority. It’s not a book of despair but one of triumph and victory that she hopes can help others dealing with similar traumas. In this book she talks about what her younger self needed to hear at the time she was experiencing so much chaos. It’s a documentary she wrote that compelled her to heal and extending her life as depicted in this book to hopefully encourage others to do the same.
