Publisher Description
A dead fraternity brother. A house full of secrets.
I expected Alpha Pi's Halloween formal to be complicated. My boyfriend's ex was there, tempers were running high, and fraternity brother Trent Dixon seemed determined to make an enemy out of everyone in the frat house.
I didn't expect someone to murder him.
Now that Trent is dead, the police are asking questions, and the evidence is pointing in a direction I really don't like:
Mine.
With my best friends Olivia and Skylar beside me, I start digging into Trent's life and quickly discover a long list of people who wanted him gone. Behind Alpha Pi's parties and brotherhood lie photographs, blackmail, betrayals, and scandals someone was willing to kill to keep buried.
The police think they have their killer.
Me.
They're wrong.
But if I don't figure out who murdered Trent, I may be the next person leaving Alpha Pi in a body bag.

Great mystery
I really enjoyed this!
I got this book because I thought it would be a guilty pleasure - murder at a frat party. But it was actually a well-written mystery. I loved it.
Kaitlynn and her friends, Skylar and Olivia, attend a Halloween frat party where one of the frat brothers ends up murdered. Even though I could see it coming, I loved how it was done. The police are called, and they somewhat quickly determine a prime suspect. But there's no way the cops got it right. So, Kaitlynn and her friends have to find out who the real murderer is.
Too many parts of this novel were frighteningly relatable. But Kaitlynn is smart and likeable, and she and her friends make a fabulous team. Furthermore, it wasn't an easy mystery to figure out. And while reading the book, I felt like I was in a frat house. It was a lot of fun.
Highly recommended.
