When I got the idea to write December (A Story About Burning My Bed) it sounded good, but that wasn’t good enough for me. In my mind it needed something else to make it something that had never been done before, and that’s where the premise came from. 

It would have been the first of its kind. The first ever complete transparency of sexual partners where one bed is concerned. The guest list was going to be amazing, if you let me tell it. Friends, enemies, cousins, sisters, aunts, etc. Some by blood and some by marriage. Some at the top of the food chain, some at the bottom, and so many in between.
