Love the cover and imagery
My first romance novel ever, and I was not disappointed! I quickly wanted to know about the characters Casandra and Marcus. I was hooked by the end of the first chapter and was committed to discovering more of the story of these two. I anticipated what was going to happen at the turn of each page! Would they be together, would they be apart? The story line kept getting more interesting with plenty of mystery to be revealed about the back story of the main characters. The struggles they go through and have been through in their lives before meeting each other is totally relatable to everyday people who yearn to find love again.
The passion and sexual chemistry between Marcus and Cassandra left me wanting a cigarette after each encounter they had! Haha. I’m ready for book two in the Riverbend romance series!
