A Good Introduction
I have practiced yoga for over a year and decided I wanted to supplement those discoveries with meditation. This book provided me with a good start and a thorough explanation of what can be accomplished and experienced through a commitment to the practice. The text is by no means and end all and be all, but everyone needs to walk through that first doorway. I'm glad this was mine.
