Defining Moments

"Defining Moments" is my testimony as to the goodness and grace of God throughout my life. There are numerous stories about the importance of forgiveness. I was born to an unwed mother in 1936 and was the object of verbal and emotional abuse for years. I carried those scars with me until God healed me and made me whole.
This book is about growing in faith and living a victorious life as God intended for all of His children. It's also about family. I'm the "hinge" that connects my ancestors from 1886 to their descendants of 2021. I relate vivid details of my visits to my great grandparent's farm as a child. There are chapters devoted to the three generations of strong and courageous women who preceded me and helped me become the woman I am today.
