Scotlyn is a principal dancer with the Tumarov Theatre of Ballet. Her family has saved so many women from domestic abuse because of their underground operations. Her best friend Libby set her up on a dating app but she is hesitant because of her ex boyfriend.
Jax is a single parent to twin girls Bethany and Bellamy. His family does private security and they live on a huge farm. His sister set up his dating app profile and he had been texting with Scotlyn for a week before they met in person.
The undeniable chemistry between Jax and Scotlyn was written so you could feel it with such intensity. Different from others, but still good to read
Amazing
Even though it isn’t as dark as the other Adair Legacy books, Delicate Dame packs a punch! Jackson and Scotlyn are so cute together and I loved how their relationship unfolded. To see Carver as a daddy and that softer side he has for Scotlyn nearly broke me on several occasions!!!! This storyline was intense as well and kept me wondering and holding my breath. I am amazed that I was able to recover from the twists in this book!!!
