Impressive, in-depth look at three decades of death
This is a can’t-put-down in-depth delve into dozens of murders of girls and young women in the area between Houston and Galveston. The book separates the killings by decade, looking at the victims, the cases, suspects and more. It’s well-written, without the editorializing and melodrama that wrecks many true crime books. The research is exhaustive, but it moves along well. The best true crime book I’ve read in a long time.

The author did a wonderful job investigating these poor woman's stories. I pray the families find peace and answers.
