Have Greek at home
What a great book! It not only contains many excellent recipes, there are well written, heartwarming stories to go with them. I made the Avgolemono Soup the same day I bought it. The smell from this soup, which permeated the entire house, was absolutely heavenly. There are also recipes for Baklava, Gyros, Souvlaki and more. These recipes are written so that anybody can enjoy truly Greek dishes without having to book a flight to Athens. (Greece, not GA). Buy this book and become your own Greek chef. You won't be disappointed.
