Whimsical Speed Dating, Paranormal Fun
I loved this new working of Demeter (Demi) falling for a mortal (Charles), and how her baking is affected by her emotions. Who hasn't had a bad cake day?
The emotional journey of both the mortal Charles and the goddess Demi kept me captivated from the start. Lucifer is funny and so are the other characters.
I recommend this read for those who love mythology in general, the underworld as a place that is for more than just scaring folks, and who need a good laugh from speed dating antics that are 100% relatable.
Grab this one fast in the series! I loved it!.

Love in unexpected places
A sweet slow burn that burns brighter and hotter as the story progresses.
