Huzzah! Huzzah! Huzzah! And a Tyger!
The tension! Oh, the tension. Will He? Won’t He? And the resolution. The WONDERFUL resolution. And the interplay among the kids and between her and Pen. And Life With Pen and Nikys. I bought it because I didn’t have it and because Lois, bless her abundantly in all ways, wrote it. And its promise was fulfilled.
Nice little family drama
This cozy story brings in multiple points of view and adds a depth to Penric’s family that is delightful. While the stakes are not world shattering, it’s a pleasant read.
