We hold that the commencement-of-suit and notice-of-claim provisions of the "Dram Shop Act," Minn. Stat. ? 340.951, violate the equal protection clause of the United States and Minnesota Constitutions and that all such claims are controlled by the six-year statute of limitations contained in Minn. Stat. ? 541.05.
