Deranged Impulse

Michelle Palmer is being held captive in an abandoned building in Toledo, Ohio. Her disappearance is discovered as the stalking of another law student, Diane Marini, is investigated. Although they never met, their lives were touched by the same misfortune. For either of them to survive, the other must die unless the police can first stop this deranged man who effortlessly blends into society.
